    How to access your billing portal

    Article Summary

    You should have received email instructions at your billing email to access your billing portal.

    You can also access it via a link in your organization's settings.

    1. Visit your organization hub.allspice.io/yourOrganization
    2. Click on the settings tab on the far right of the window
    3. Click on the Billing tab on the left of the window
    4. To the right is a link to your billing portal. Click it.

    Logging into billing portal

    Log in using your billing email. This may be a separate person or email account from your main allspice email login.

    Enter the email and click on the "Send code" button

    Open the confirmation email from AllSpice and copy the code

    Enter the code into the form.

    If it is correct, you will be logged into the billing portal. If it is incorrect, try resending the code. If it still fails then contact payments@allspice.io.

    From this billing portal you can

    1. Add/remove payment methods
    2. Update billing information
    3. View invoice history

    accounts main page.
